Yarmuk, Ocean face hunger and fear visible from the massive queue snaking row in the areas affected by bomb in refugee camp of Yarmouk in southern Syria. In the photo, which was taken on 31 January at the Palestinian refugee camp in Damascus, men, women, and children are on track to get the help line, which includes food and medicine were desperately needed. There are more than 18,000 people in the Yarmouk refugee camp and mostly in a state of dying of starvation.
The camp was originally built in 1948 for Palestinian refugees displaced from Arab-Israeli war. Since the beginning of the Syrian conflict, the area became a humanitarian disaster zone because of fighting between government forces and rebels have been blocking efforts to provide food and medical care for those who live there.
Dozens of people have died in the camps due to malnutrition . A number of reports , of those who are trapped in Yarmouk , said that they sometimes eat grass and cat in order to survive . Assistance of the United Nations has " trickled " slowly since January 2014 , is sometimes only 60 packets a day , and when help came it pose a horrific scene as you can see in this photo .
